Well said. We have a long, shameful tradition of not liking to see Poverty and thus cutting off the bottom of the ladder.

Yes! In fact, the 1926 case was about an industrial development, but one of the judges gratuitously bashed apartments in suburbs, in making his ruling.

Well, it feels that way sometimes, and I like the bravura writing style, but there are some economic problems perhaps unrelated.

But hey, go for it. One can never say enough bad things about property zoning.
