Recently, I compared the Texas metro areas to discuss how you can sort of broadly apply the intuitions of the Erdmann Housing Tracker to confirm if lower rents or prices are a product of short term changes in demand or of local supply conditions.
I decided that subscribers should be able to see other metro areas too, so I have charts for 19 of them here.
There isn’t a lot to see here. There just aren’t many metropolitan areas (yet!) doing anywhere close to as well as Austin does. But, I decided it wasn’t nice to leave you all wondering what other cities looked like.
