Regional Sales Trends

Recently, I saw some analysis of new homes for sale, regionally, from one of the popular permabear accounts. I don’t consider the Census Bureau’s regional areas to be very useful for my particular work, so I normally don’t pay much attention to them. But the claims were about some specifically regional trends, and it made me wonder if I have been missing something by ignoring the regional data.
