November 2023 Construction and New Home Sales Update
PCE inflation came in low this month, confirming the “soft landing” path, that inflation has been beaten without much damage to the real economy. That should keep sentiment about the homebuilders high.
As for specific new home data this month from the Census Bureau, the numbers are giving mixed signals and probably a bit of noise.
