January 2025 Residential Construction
The grass keeps growing and I keep watching it for you.
There are some signs of slowing. Residential construction employment continues to move sideways. Starts were a bit low this month.
Mostly just grass growing, which feels especially odd while the political realm has a year’s worth of noise every week.
