February 2023 Residential Construction Update

I usually combine the construction and home sales updates, but we are at a pivotal point in the cycle here, and I’d like to think that there is some useful and unique information in these posts for some of you who are making decisions, so I decided I shouldn’t make you wait a week for it this month.
