The August report on new home construction came out Tuesday. I don’t really have a full post here, but I think this report specifically contains some useful information in the number of units under construction / units completed. You’re probably not going to see this number reported anywhere else. I think it is a useful ratio to watch as a signal of the importance of supply chain constraints. So, I figure I owe subscribers a quick post.
